Change in Name on ILR BRP

Hi

My wife has changed her name to take my surname . At present we are on ILR over with BRP.

On the home office site i cannot find what needs to be done.

Can someone help. Also is there a fees for this?

Has she changed her foreign passport?

To change her BRP, once passport has been changed, see link below.
