Banned for what ? For asking questions and sharing my ideas if not then what is this page for? Who are you getting involved here coming from no where and commenting on people.

Do you realise how annoying it is when you make your questions into an argument?
It is clear that this forum consists of members who are not HO officials who advice you.
They can tell you of their experience or of some case they are aware of. But you are persistently cross questioning every reply you get. Now your PR id effective Nov 2016 so you cannot apply for citizenship before Nov.
Your other problem is clear. You need a change in name and NOBODY here can give you a response. The govt says 6 months to decide your application. Some people get their done in 3 months. So there is no fixed schedule according to the date of application. Same with your name change. The case worker may complete the correction in a week or in a month or 3 months. Common sense should tell you that. But you keep on repeating the same question and moreover when somebody responds you have another question. Even a solicitor cannot help you but you are asking applicants who are in the same boat as you. Your posts are filling at least one page daily and its the same question/cross question.
Ok fullstop. No one got time for argument.

The correct way, as already asked, for you to have posted would have been to :

1. Start your own topic regarding the error on your BRP card instead of highjacking a PR Timeline discussion topic.

2. Start your own topic in the British citizenship with your questions about citizenship.

Everytime you post in THIS topic, every single member who has ever posted in here would receive a pinging email to notify them. They log in to check and it is only you are the one asking repetitive questions not relevant to this topic.

If you don't want to hear the advice, which is correct, being given to you, then perhaps you should find another forum to continue arguing in.

Have you actually read the forum rules??

Ok. Won't be repeated, apology :) but I'm really worried about this, when I ask solicitor she is telling me I have to wait now for 6 months for the BRP card to be updated and it makes me really sad and don't have any other to ask and share with so I ask here for some advise and secondly in regard with naturalisation she's saying that I have to wait from the date which is issued on the BRP card, not on the paper which I deemed in Nov 2016becaus she said to me that your non eea child of EU citizen and I'm above 21 dependant on him. That is why I was really saddened and and had to ask here for advice furthermore sorry it won't be repeated in the future again.

This has all been explained to you already in the last 3 pages of this topic that you have repetitively posted the same queries.

Please post your citizenship questions in the British Citizenship sub forum, as has been asked now twice. EEA/EU sub forum is NOT the correct place for these questions.

BRP name correction DOES NOT take 6 months usually. Please start your own topic with any new questions on this and stop posting them here. Suggest stop listening to this solicitor too, they are talking rubbish.

I had to remind 3 times before the document was sent back to me.
Passport requested 15 May
Passport received 28 June
Ok I hope I will not fill another form. but in ten days time if I did not receive it I think I have to remind them again.

Online application for EEA PR as a qualified person, using the passport return service:

Application submitted - 07/04/2017
Documents sent (Special Del) - 07/04/2017
Money taken- 07/04/2017
Documents received - 08/04/2017
Email confirmation with case ID received - 10/04/2017
Application status : Decided on 17/07/2017 (checked online)
Permanent residence card received : 22/07/2017
Supporting documents received with PR card

I was getting a bit worried as the application was taking quite long (I kept checking the application status online). I submitted more evidence than was strictly necessary which may have slowed things down.

Even I though I applied based on a qualifying period ending on 01/09/2016, I was actually deemed to have acquired permanent residence on 01/09/2015, so a year earlier. I was surprised by this, since I have a one month long gap in my employment history during August 2011 (old job ended, new job didn't start until a month later). I didn't actively job seek during this period, or claim any benefits, nor did I have comprehensive health cover. I didn't think this period would count towards my qualifying period, but it apparently does count.

I tried to call the number they provide if I haven't received anything within 10 working days- it cost 1,37 pounds per minute but all they said they only help people who applied outside UK (very confusing and waste of money)..

Any advice?
I still haven't received any documents back even if my online decision is Decided on 19 of June. I tried to call 03001232253 (free number) they said there is mistake in Online tracking system and that my application is not decided     . So who is in the same situation I advice to keep calling.

Here is my timeline (non EU married with EU)
Application sent: 2.02.2017
Bio received: 25.02.2017
Bio done: 27.02.2017
COA received: 9.03.2017
EU passport request back: 20.05.2017
Passport doesn't arrive after 10 working days
EU passport request second time: 7.06.2017
EU passport received: 13.06.2017
Confirmation letter with supporting documents received: 17.07.2017
Resident card received: 25.07.2017 :D

It was difficult to wait 5 months and 3 weeks but now it's 5 years of visa free hustle.
Thank you all very much for all the information you posted on this forum. It was very helpful!
Very important note from me: your RC is coming by DX delivery not by Royal Mail, so as soon as you get confirmation letter check their website, type your name and postcode. After I got my confirmation letter I was sure that RC is coming with Royal Mail until I decided to check DX delivery website. I only read about it on this forum. How surprised I was to find out that DX already came once to deliver my item! I rescheduled the delivery date and got it few days later than I could have.
Anyway, now it's all over.
Wish you all of you patience and success in your paper work!

My experience shows that its best to send documents by passport return service and applying online. Several cases of people applying after me have got theirs decided and mine is still "awaiting decision". It may not be the most important factor but it certainly does speed things up.

Biometrics is only for the non EU applicant. EU citizens automatically have a right to work.

I have also submitted my application by post on 4th April. (EU national) but its still awaiting a decision. So it must be a mistake and you should be patient. Calling that number is a waste of time and money as they do not give any information. They only say stuff like it takes upto 6 months and until then no assurances can be given. We are inundated with applications and it is taking longer than usual. So all one can do is wait and hope your turn comes up soon enough.

Hi all,
if you fail to obtain a permanent residence card, will the home office grant you a residence card instead? I ask this because: my current RC will expire soon, I believe I am qualified for the PR; however, what if I fail? It will take sometime to dispute or apply for a RC. This can put me in a risk of losing my job. So if the home office will grant me a RC, that will be convenient. Any idea? Thanks in advance.
