Did anyone applied for ROR recently??

would really appreciate your help on below questions.
1. Can we divorce outside Ireland is it acceptable? and after how many years?
2. At the time of divorce do we need to proof we are living separately? and how?
3. Is sufficient resources is good option if spouse wasn't working? and how much they consider as sufficient resources?
4. What's the time line for decision??
