Queries before applying for ILR from Tier 2 General

Hi Experts,

If at all possible, could you please suggest on the below query.

I have changed my employer from Company A to Company B on Tier 2 General category in 2014 and received BRP under Company B with start date as 13/06/2014 but in HMRC records, my start date in Company B showing as from 01/07/2014 and Company A end date showing as 30/04/2014 (where I can see more than 60 days gap). Please suggest me whether this will be a problem while I am going for my ILR?
