NI Number in Appendix 2? *URGENT*

Hi Guys,

I was recently looking over what my Lawyer had put in the Appendix 2 Form, under Part 3A, Section 3.8 - Where it asks for the Sponsors National Insurance Number (My NI number), it's blank. My Lawyer hasn't put anything in.

Could this be because it wouldn't be required? We've included a certified copy of my passport (every single page including cover) and the passport number. My NI number is also mentioned on ALL my payslips from BOTH my jobs which we've sent originals both stamped and signed by the employers to the Home Office.

Would this perhaps cause any issues? It could be that my Lawyer didn't include it due to the fact it might not be required as it's on all payslips and such.

Please let me know.

Filling all relevant parts on form is always essential. I think your solicitor may forget to fill it. In my opinion it's not a very major incompleteness and more likely won't affect anything but still it all depends on individual caseworker as how he/she see it.
