Tier2 process time Adviced Required

Hello everyone
Application:tier4 to tier2 general sponsorsed visa
Date of application:1 Feb 2017
Biometric received: 6 feb 2017
Biometric given: 8 Feb 2017
Complex letter : 14 march 2017
It's July 28 still no update when trying to check status online, it says no information available.
Any advice will b much appreciated and very helpful

Was wondering if you applied through Standard postal service or Priority.
Did you also contact their Customer Service and escalate the issue?
