no biometrics letter received

i applied for my childs registration under 10 years rule. i applied on 5th july..received email confirmation on 17th..money was taken on 14th.. but so far no acknowledgement by post and no biometrics request. can someone advice what should we do?thanks

I applied (AN) on 29th of June through NCS Wandsworth London, payment deducted on 6th on July acknowledgement received by email on 10th of July, since then no acknowledgement letter by post or Biometric Enrolment Letter received. I can see in this forum most of applicants received acknowledgement email, and acknowledgement letter by post and Biometric letter in few days time.
