Please could any one help us

Dependent application from Pakistan

He is on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. His wife needs to apply for visa from Pakistan.

Q: If she apply for visa in August and want to travel in December
If she put travel intend date for December, would case worker start her visa from December or case worker would not consider her intended travel date.
(as there is an option in the app form when you want to travel)

Q: What are the requirements for her application
Any income requirements from Main applicant (tier 1 Ent)

Q: How long would take to get the decision?
Q: Is there any fast service available in Pakistan ?
Q: Fee for her application?

A visa can only be forward dated by 3 months. August is too early. HO/UKVI often DO NOT take travel date into consideration so be aware. The initial visa in the passport is only valid for 30 days and she must enter the UK within that time and collect her BRP from the designated Post Office within 10 days of arriving

Read the guidance notes. Maintenance fund for 90 days is required.

Q: How long would take to get the decision?

It can take a few weeks.

Q: Is there any fast service available in Pakistan ?

Possibly Priority service which costs extra but there is no guarantee that the application will be processed in a shorter timeframe

Q: Fee for her application?

Again, has he done any research?? £982 PLUS the immigration health surcharge.
