Hello Atul!
I am updating the spreadsheet now and have only three decisions showing for applications submitted between June 7 and mid-August, one rejection currently under appeal and two expedited decisions where job offers were submitted. Not good news, I know, but I hope to get some more data in so we can get a good picture of what's going on. I have asked the administrator for assistance in getting the spreadsheet uploaded to the forum for everyone to access.

Lynn: Are you seeing a lot of decisions on the Dec/Jan applications as described elsewhere on the board?

Deborah,
Yes, there have been a number of decisions (10 so far) on December and January apps on both this board and on the American expats board. Four were rejections, some of which are being appealed.

10 decisions between dec & jan means, their is some reasoning the way they are processing. i.e. 1 or 2 or even 3 is a fluke; 10 is not.
plus, this is what we know from the few boards members, compared to the thousands of applications. So the majority of the HSMP applicants are not even participating on the boards and sharing their experience.

Hi

I am 1st July 2004 applicant (received at HO 1st July).

What about all of us pulling our applications and resubmitting them as February applications seeing that HO are processing applications received after December. It might lead to a quicker decision for all of us. But then again they decided whithout reason to work on applications from after December, what if they just as suddenly then decide to process apps received in June/July again?

I am stumped about HO policy and how they think? Obviously they do not consider that they have a couple thousand people around the world's future's and not to mention present status in their hands.

I think they are suffering from post Christmas amnesia... :?

Here's hoping - not.

Some of the June and later applications have gotten a decision in January. If you pull your application and resubmit, you will still have the same ref number, so I really don't think it would help.

 We thought about doing the same thing. Sending a new application.
Our luck would be that it would be in the last que again.

I wonder if they are waiting for the elections in May to sort out the immigration stuff. I hope not :(

Hi All,

I am also June 23rd applicant
Ref : 21205.

what HO is doing a BIG QUESTION.

SEND SO MANY MAIL AND DID NUMBER OF CALLS BUT ALL IN NEIN & NO REPLY.

This unacknowledged mode of HO is not appreciatable.

KEEPING FINGERS CROSSED.......... they might improve on this and on statuts of June-July applicants

interesting thing is that they seem to also respond to emails at Random. because some pple seem to get responses swiftly and others wait for a long time

Hi june applicants,
Has anyone got any news on the progress of their HSMP applications :(
No update on the site after 10th June.
There is a post of an applicant of Sept. receiving his approval, does this mean that HO has cleared files till Sept.
As days go by, its getting more and more disgusting and one starts loosing interest in this whole process which now seems to take endless time.

:( Sorry to say, but no the backlog is not cleared yet.

There are alot of June, July, & August people that haven't heard anything.

Feb people get approved in a week.

No rhyme or reason to the way the HSMP are processed.

Hi guys,
There seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel.
A post on the forum says that an application of 18th June has been processed....
So good luck to all the June applicants as the back log seems to be reducing.
I have started to feel the butterflies in my stomach now...as the decision of my application could any moment now.....

Hi all

I am 8th july applicant from New Delhi, My ref no is 0219XX.
Still in the pipe line and very happy to see some light at the otherside of the tunnel.

Persons who want to talk with me can PM me or they can give their mobile number.
I am in contact with some persons in India so that we can correlate our cases. See it is too much and i feel a bit relaxes talking to similar persons.

Is there any other number besides 00 44 114 259 1894 for HSMP. This no is very busy all the time.
