Jagadish,
I am not quite sure whether you are enquiring bout FLR(HSMP) or the initial HSMP itself. This thread is for those who are seeking further leave to remain for HSMP hence the initial fLR or the 2+3 or 1+3+3
I called earlier and they said that at present the team is dealing with FLR application received on 15/2/08. I hope that clarifies.

Hello
How does HO send the documents back for FLR(HSMP) applications?
Is it by 'Recorded Signed For' First class OR Second class?
Cheers,
Anju

Hi,
Just a simple query to who have FLR stamped.
Was FLR for 3 yrs stamped from the date of expiry of the current leave or was it given for 3 yrs from the date of visa stamp?
Please clarify!!!
Thanks

I have observed one thing on this forum. Correct me if I am wrong..people who are applying for initial hsmp application or 2+3 are getting their passports more quickly than the people who applied for 1+3+3. Is it just coincidence or HO has some priority..

I guess if it is initial HSMP, the verification and validation is done prior to FLR HSMP when the application was sent for initial HSMP approval where else for extensions, the verification and validation is done together with the FLR hence takes longer to give the visa/approval.....
Just my 2 cents worth...

WINNER1234 and ERPFRESH,
Has anyone of you called to inquire of the status of your application?
Anyway, from your timelines it seems you are just in your 4th week, by this week end.
Keep praying, if you believe in it.
Best of Luck
