Visitor visa

Please could you let me know how much gap is required between first and second visit to the UK. My mother was in UK from September 2016 to Feb 2017 (less than six months). When can she come again as a visitor without violating any rules. Thanks

Usually not more than 6 months in a 12 month cycle.

She must not be spending more time in the UK than in her home country and she must not be using a visitor visa to 'reside and live' in the UK.
