5 years in entreprenur visa and thereafter Applying for ILR

Hi Everyone ,

I have got a question regarding 5 years on entrepreneur visa , as per my understanding

1) if my intial visa was granted in APRIL 2013 so my 5 years is completed on APRIL 2018 , so I can apply FOR ILR by MARCH 2018 ( as 28 days before you can apply ) . please say right or wrong .

2) However my extension was renewed in JANUARY 2017 SO OTHER OPTION IS I can apply by DECEMBER 2018 ( as 28 days r before you can apply ) please say right or wrong

3) Third most mportant question is ( CAN I APPLY ANYTIME BETWEEN APRIL 2018 AND DECEMBER 2018 ?) OR JUST ON THESE TWO PARTICULAR TIMES . Please Specify.

Yes if you have fulfill the requirements of ILR Like Jobs,Life in UK etc .

Its up to when you like to apply between these dates as long as you apply before your ext expires.
