TIER 5 GAE. internship has started but no news on visa

Hello Everyone,

I submitted my tier 5 GAE application on 13th of July. Got the mail from ukvi for documents consideration on 18th of July. After that I haven't yet heard from them. My internship has already started on 1st of August. I just want to ask how long will it take to get a decision on a t5 gae application? Can I travel to uk even if i get a late decision?
