EU1 waiting for 5 year response

Hello everyone
i have applied for eu1 application and got temp stamp 4 which is expiring 20th march 2017. still didn't get any response from INIS. my wife employer had a call from irish immigration 2 weeks ago asking if she is still working there and yes she is working there. but its been 2 weeks haven't heard anything from them. any idea or advice
