If your daughter was born in the UK AFTER you got ILR, then she is automatically British and can apply for a passport directly.

Register on form MN1
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... n-form-mn1

The fee is £973 and you can submit the application through the NCS
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

What you have written is hopelessly ambiguous to a native English speaker.

You either want our help FOR FREE or you don't and if you don't then feel free to pay an advisor to give you advice and move on.

The way you posted your question, it sounded like she was born two months AFTER you got ILR. It is all in the detail and that will depend on how accurate the free advice is!!

We are not being rude. In order to give you the correct advice, members who have taken the time to post a response are trying to understand your circumstances which you have posted in a confusing way. We do take the advice we give seriously.

I will leave others to comment further as you have already been given what appears to be the correct advice.

Good luck!

Do we have to wait 5 years? or can we apply any time as she doesn't have any residens permit, she has Dutch passport..

The only relevance of that that I can see is that you might want a residence certificate (under the EEA Regulations) as evidence that she was resident in the UK when she became British - if I understand Dutch law on loss of citizenship correctly.
