What are your nationalities?

Estonian citizens with an Estonian residence card do not need a Visa or family permit to visit the UK see

I travelled to Tallinn in March last year - beautiful city - I'm a UK citizen and did not need a Visa, it is a reciprocal agreement.
I'm not an expert and only answer from my personal experience and understanding of the rules. Spouse Settlement Visa Granted for my wife July 2017. You should not take my advice as absolute.
