Entry Clearance and Points Claimed

Can any body tell me that while applying for entry clearance whether our Points are again calculated on basis of documents provided or Entry cleanliness office have no concern about the points of HSMP.

The other things which confused me that whether I should submit all the documents with EC application form which I was submitted while applying for HSMP. Whether EC Office TALLY OUR DOCUMENETS.

It depends on the country you are applying EC from? I applied from New Zealand and there was no need for me to send all the documents for EC, which I sent with HSMP. so different countries has different rules for EC

Hey Chandu2004,

I am in London since last 1.5 yrs. I received my HSMP approval on 7th Feb, 2008. Currently I am on work permit. I have to switch (FLR) to Tier 1. Can you please suggest ?
1. Is there any other documents: approval letter, bank stt, photos and passport ? I assume that I dont need to send the documents sent earlier .
2. which section of the Tier 1 form has to be filled ? is it 3a
