Flr(FP); Suddenly my Reference number not recognised anymore

Hello all, I applied on the basis of having a British child.

Application was made on 16/11/2016.

I tried tracking status using all reference numbers but only Royal Mail tracking worked.

My latest status, as at this morning was Waiting for Decision. However I tracked again a few minutes ago and it came up as Reference number not recognised.

I am kind of worried. Does anyone have an idea of what might be the problem?.

By the way I checked yesterday around 4pm, it came up not recognised but after a few minutes of checking again, it came up as Waiting for a decision. I am confused and need some help please.

There is a problem with the system apparently and certain numbers are no longer recognised.

It will be useful for members to remember that the checking service is a BETA/TRIAL test service.

I've found that going back to the main visa status page and putting in the reference number manually works fine. It's only when looking at my bookmark of the status page that it doesn't work.

Hiya same thing happened with me too, I too had to re-paste in or re-enter the IHS or Case Ref and it worked.

For moment I was really happy thinking it's progressed
