taking a second job under Tier 2

Looking for help clarifying this point

I understand that under Tier 2 you only allowed to take a second job if it is in the same code and up to 20 hours/week.

my question is: are the 20 hours calculated on a weekly basis or a monthly basis? . if the second job will not be a regular weekly one, for example, covering a 48 hours weekend once in a month.

will this be over the 20 hours a week limit, or still falls below 80 hours a month?

No explanation on other calculations. This is all what the guidance says.
