Minimum salary requirement to get spouse on dependant visa

Hi, I understand there is a minimum salary requirement of 30,000£ to get tier 2 general visa. But is there any minimum salary that the main applicant needs to earn to get his/her spouse on tier 2 general dependant visa?

as long as a person has a tier 2, he can sponsor the dependents.
