Dear manorana2009

If you hold a Bachelor's degree from any University/Institute in India, then you can go for degree assessment and English language assessment which will be done by UK NARIC visas and nationality service.
You need to submit scanned copies of your degree and mark sheets for all years and a Medium of Instruction letter specifying that the complete course duration was taught solely in English.
Just upload these documents and you would get a response within 10 days specifying whether the degree is comparable to British degree and CEFR level meets the required level.
Hope this helps. :)

Thanks dns3.
All my Education was in Hindi.

I have given IELTS test waiting for my result.
Do you think still i have to assess via UK NARIC

Thanks

IELTS Score with required CEFR Band should be more than sufficient.
Either IELTS or UK NARIC certificate is mandatory for we INDIANS :)

Hi mdns3,
Yeah you are correct.

Tier 2 (General) visa - in most cases CEFR B1 band Reading, Writing Speaking, and Listening IELTS for UKVI - 4.0 overall, and in each of the four skills
it will require 4.0 in all module.

Thanks
Manoj

Hi, I am applying for a Tier 2 General Visa and was wondering did you use the Blue or Red application route? Did you submit your statements as printed PDF statements emailed to you from UK NARIC or do you have to purchase the certificate in hardcopy and have them mailed to your residential address? How long did it take to apply for the statements from UK NARIC (via blue and/or red route)? I understand it stated 10 days but was it exactly or with a chance of less than 10 days? Hope to hear from you soon and thank you in advance.
