Tier 2 general visa application

My wife will soon be making an application for Tier 2 general visa asa main applicant. She is currently on Tier 2 ICT long term staff dependant visa. I wanted to check the list of documents required.
1. Passport
2. CoS
3. Job offer letter n contract
4. English requirement- Valid IELTS certificate
5. NAARIC statement of comparability
6. Bank statements showing enough funds
Since her job is in healthcare
7. DBS check
8. Police clearance certificate
9. Valid registration certificate with the concerned governing council.
Would she also need to submit her current BRP?
She has been in the uk for 20 months, and will got to her home country for not more than 3 months. Would she still need to get her TB test done?

Also with regards to IELTS, does it have to be IELTS UKVI? She has valid IELTS academic result, but not the UKVI one.
