BRP Received but no supporting docs so far

Good morning.

I received BRP for myself and dependents well over a month ago now but yet to receive passports and supporting docs.

Any advice on what to do or who to contact, please? I rang the home office and I was told to write a letter to the case working unit that issued the visa whose details I'd find on the brp letter but there is no such info on the letter.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
