I have read across board and still have few queries after the employers discussion:
The main concern is that this is will be a restricted cos so i will not be able to get any promotion or change location within the same company. But i am not sure if this is true ?
Is it the condition that for next 5 years i will not be allowed to change anything ?
I think the simple option is to get me a new cos and update to HMRC? Is it correct ?
if above this is in country only ? or do i have to go out of country ?
