BRP has not arrived

Hi everyone,

I have applied for tier 2 visa renewal last May 2017 and receivec my decision letter dated 09 July 2017 stating that it has been approved. However until now I havent received my BrP. I have made on line reports and through mail by post. I bar also sent mail to my caseworker pleading that she give me updates. unfortunately, until now she has not contact me.

Is there any way i can put forward this problem?
what can you suggest for me to do.
