Need help two business

Hi all,
I already got my tier 1 entrepreneur extension.
My visa is £50K psw route.
My business at the moment is business
Management consultancy.
Now I got extra cash that I want to spend in Franchise
Business Pizza Hut(Food business).My friend is already
Company director so I will be second director.
But this business job responsibilities include making pizza
,taking telephone orders,serving customers,doing staff scheduling etc
My first question is can I invest in this business?
Secondly,if answer of first question is yes,so can
I perform these job responsiblities like making pizza
,taking orders over the phone etc
Your reply will be much appreciated
