Spouse visa - what is process

Hi dear friends
I am very new on this page but I learned so many things from this very helpful web and I MUST say huge thanks to all people who kindly help each other
As I said I am new and I am not pretty sure I posted in a right topic or not

I have some quick question about Spouse visa Application and really appreciated in advance to all reply to me
1- on 4th September I have appointment on Abu Dhabi for biometric
Should I take my documents there for super priority (1day) and submit there or should I send them to Sheffield ?
2- if I should send them to Sheffield, when should I do this ? After VFS appointment or before VFS appointment in Abu Dhabi ?
3-Can I Pay cash or card on VFS Abu Dhabi Or I should pay online?
3- if I must pay online then what is UKN number ? UKN following by 8 digit
4- if I must send my supporting document to Sheffield how it is possible at VFS give me the results in one day ?

Property documents
Mariage prooof
