Regarding the tier 2 switching

Post by josephprem » Wed Aug 23, 2017 3:10 pm

Dear all
I would like advice from any one of you regarding my tier 2 visa

Currently my curtailment date is going to end on 29th August 2017.

I am going to apply for tier 2 switching to a new employer tommorrow.
but my solicitor says I do not require job offer letter in order to apply for the visa he says only COS is fine .
But during my previous switch I submitted my Tier 2 job offer letter and invitation letter.
Please advice me whether my solicitor is right.
can you tell me any other documents required .
So that my visa comes through successfully .
Please advice me on this issue
Awaiting for your humble reply.
Regards,
Joseph

Offer letter is not required. COS is enough

Dear members,

Thank you for the quick reply.
hopefully I will be applying tomorrow or friday.
my last day of work was july 2016 but I did not work after that because I applied for tier 1 Enterpreneur
but my tier1 Entrepreneur got rejected and i received my curtailment letter for tier 2 which gave time until 29th August 2017 .
So iam now applying for Tier 2 as well as going for JR for my Tier 1
Regards,
Joseph
