MY SISTER IS BRITISH AND I AM A NON EEA NATIONAL PRESENTLY STUDYING IN THE UK. ALL I WISH TO KNOW IS , IS IT POSSIBLE SHE FILES FOR ME TO STAY HERE IN THE UK AS A FAMILY MEMBER? AND WHAT ARE THE MODALITIES?

It actually depends if you're dependent on your sister and she's the only one that can take care of you. Are you under 18?
