How Can a fiance visa accapeted if previously refused due to 2nd marriage was done before decree absolute from 1st wife, and all documents ,passports ,cnice etc has dates before absolute reached.ukvi has already all information about us that spouse visa was rejected .so is this not possible to remarry and register our marriage after decree absolute then again apply for spouse visa .

Re-marry where? If you are considering re-marrying in your home country and the previous marriage process was considered to be legal there, then you wouldn't be able to re-marry without first divorcing your current wife

That's why marrying in the UK with a fiance visa is the simpler option.

There are others far better placed to advise on your plan to re-marry in azad kashmir.

I've already said that there are others who can advise on this. There's no point in me responding when I don't know what will be accepted in Azad Kashmir :!: Wait for others to reply.

Even a lot of Asian & Arab countries allow to have more than one wife legally even without divorce but UK don't recognize such practice. HO will only consider and recognize new marriage when previous marriage has been legally terminated.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Yes you are right.but here the question which type of visa should apply now as 2nd marriage was done before divorce from 1st wife n visa was refused prviously due to that reason.so now wether we remarry or apply fiance visa.

In which case, as it's recognised under Azad Kashmir law, you can't marry someone you are already married to. :!: Which is why I suggested applying for a fiance visa, as your 2nd marriage isn't recognised in the UK.

The child will only qualify for a visa when the mother applies. Spouse/Child settlement visa - form VAF4A.

Separate visa, paying the fee and the NHS surcharge for each applicant.

You can apply for your child's visa as a dependent at the same time as the fiance visa application is submitted.

Do you currently earn a minimum of £22,400 p.a :?:

In the circumstances, probably wise to submit a DNA report (issued by an approved HO test provider).
