return of documents help

Hi all,
I have applied for my wife's settlement visa (Priory service) her biometric appointment date was 19th June in Pakistan, Lahore.

I sent the documents on 29th June 2017 and haven't received the documents back, Is there any advice you guys can give me what I can do?

I understand there's delays etc etc and don't mind being patient of the visa outcome, But what is worrying me I haven't even received my documents back

I sent a pre-paid postage with the documents
