Correct form to use for visa extension

Hi All,

Can I get an advice pls..

I am on ILR and my dependents are on 'family of settled person' visa.

1)which form I should use for extension of family of settled person?
2)if their initial visa is granted on 2015, do they have to wait for 5 year for getting ILR?

pls can some one answer my queries.

2)if their initial visa is granted on 2015, do they have to wait for 5 year for getting ILR? YES
