HOW EARLY CAN WE APPLY FOR HSMP EXTENSION (Tier 1)

Hi all,
I got my initial HSMP visa on july 2006 (i am on 2 + 3 scheme), and my visa expiary date is 13th July 2008. I am pemanent employee in automotive company.
I have few questions regarding the application date for HSMP extension under Tier 1, I am sure you guys must know the answers.

1. I am getting my payslip on 24th April 2008. So is it possible to apply for extension on 15th of May? (Have no particular reason)
2. I am getting my pay on 24th of each month. So will it be OK if I start from 1/05/2007 to 30/04/2008 to claim my earning points?
3. I am exactly on 75 points.
20 for Age
35 for Qualification
5 for Uk experience
15 for Earning
Will this create any truble?
4. I have more then £800 in my bank account now. So can i satisfy fund maintenance requirements if i keep the enough balance and submit bank statements from 13/03/2008 to 13/05/2008?

Hai all

I would be greatful if any one tells me that what is the internel procedure of ILR.If I have not paid the tax how they will come to know ,do they have access to HMRC database or they phone them .How they come to know that who has paid the tax who has not .Due to my pregnancy I could not work for one year also I have taken my tax back .
How these thing are going to effect me . Is there any alternative for that please kindly tell me

15th May?? Is their a typo in the dates?

Presuming you mean 01/05/2008 to 30/04/2009 , Yes it will be fine as far as you have payslips+bank statement to prove your earnings for each month you are using to claim points.

This will not create any trouble as long as you submit all required documents.

Presuming you mean 13/03/2009 to 13/05/2009 Maintenance funds should be submitted from within last 30 days.
