Fax is not the only medium, I emailed them and got response for pickup .
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.

Now, I am not sure what the decision is... And please pardon my ignorance, but does the Home Office ever inform the decision on the phone or all the people who post here get to know of their decisions only when the postal mail comes back to them. I have arranged for the courier through MBE and so i should be able to get it back by either 08-Mar or 10-Mar.
Hi, Now a days the home office decided to not to revel the decision either by phone or e-mail. You will only come to know when you received the decision letter. They can't even update you about the progress of the application like, yet to be assigned to case worker etc... But when the decision is made they may tell it is made but they won't tell the actual decision. So buddy you will have to wait till you receive the letter. Good luck.

Hi, i got similar timeline as yours. Ref nr recived on 14 Feb (Ref no 2502xx) Still no news. According to "trackitt" website they are were reviewing applications of 1st week february last week. So it is very near. You might wish to check the trackitt database at the following:
