No you cannot because you are not apply for PR on one of the listed forms (Set(O), Set(M), etc). The page very clearly lists the application forms that can use the service.

I sent my ex's HMRC work history and some P60s. I sent a letter from my employer, my P60 and last 3 months payslips.

And yes, I provided my ex's id.

These questions are plain ridiculous. Why do you ask what documents were submitted? These questions should be asked BEFORE submission. What good will it do now? You cannot submit additional docs till ur case is decided and you have to resubmit. The refusal letter will tell you what is missing. If you want to prepare for the worse then get your ex's ID and wait till you reapply. The whole list of required documents is available on the form.
The same question is repeated ad nauseum. Each case is different and it all depends on various factors. Why cant people just be patient and wait till their case is decided?

Take it easy! The wait is already frustrating and nobody needs that rude tone. If you want to make your point go ahead respectfully.

The wait is frustrating. So do you need to show every user ur frustration?
Repeating the same question over and over is not done in a forum. The real gentlemen and ladies are those who put a simple answerable question and provide a simple knowledgeable answer. A group of 3-4 have hijacked this forum each just repeating that their timeline is almost the same and you are frustrated. If there are several people who have submitted around the same dates then obviously you cases have not come up for consideration. Trust me others are not interested in repeatedly reading your sad story. At least ask questions relevant to your case. This group of "frustrated" waiting people will ask about documents from every person they can. Give it a break and wait till you get your PR or the refusal then you can frantically start asking depending on the reason(s) for refusal.

I personally feel that users should know the etiquette of a forum before using it to air their frustrations publicly. This is not a chat group where friends gather and share tidbits about their daily activities. This is to exchange information and in this case SPECIFICALLY TIME LINES. A little deviation and sharing of related information is helpful. But when people post replies saying " I have the same problem", "same date line" REPEATEDLY it is not fair on the others who are more interested in knowing facts. We use this to see how far the dates have progressed IN THE SAME SITUATION. If you apply as an EU national its not the same as right of residence or surinder singh or derived rights etc. You cannot generalise and think all are handled in the same manner and in the same amount of time.

Re: Permanent Residence Card - Processing Time 2017

Post by iammona » Sun Sep 03, 2017 11:00 am

EU national applying after 3 years of being a student and 3 years of working.

Submitted online application: 9 June 2017
Status changed to "awaiting decision": 9 June 2017
Received confirmation email with case ID: 9 June 2017
Documents sent: 10 June 2017
Documents received as per Royal Mail: 13 June 2017
Status changed to "decided": 25 August 2017
PR and all supporting documents sent back with signed for 1st class: 2 September 2017

In the letter I received with the PR was mentioned that I have gained the PR status 1 year before as per my supporting documents.

Was a little bit worried by the fact that I had about 2 months between my last uni exam and starting a full time job (1 month between graduation and said job) and 1 month between my 1st full time job after uni and my 2nd one, but they had no problem with this.

For CSI I got a letter from the Romanian version of the NHS explaining that I was covered by them from the date I first set foot into the UK until I started my first full time job after uni. Also included a official translation by a Romanian solicitor. My European Health Cards from the period were long binned by the point I decided to apply for PR.

Also included:
- national ID card
- 2 expired passports (one with non-expired US visitor visa)
- 2 pictures
- letters from all except one part time employers and all full time employers (provided payslips for a 6 weeks temp job as I binned the contract for it ages ago because I did not expect to ever need it)
- letter from uni
- my yellow card (I needed that to work before 2014; they did not return this)
- 6 years worth of bank statements (this made up 95% of the weight of my supporting docs, a delightful 15 cm high pile of papers that I had to request from my banks which voided all my attempts to help the environment by switching to paperless)
- 5 years worth of letting agreements
- mortgage agreement
- 3 years worths of council tax bills ( did not keep the ones I got as a student as I did not have to pay for council tax back then )

I put each type of document in a transparent plastic envelope with a label saying what's in there. Almost none of the envelopes were returned (except the ones that contain the letting agreements) which makes me think they inspected all the documents except the letting agreements.

I did not provide any utilities bills as I did not have any.

I did not provide a prepaid special delivery envelope for sending the stuff back. The return address on the envelope I sent with the supporting documents was my work address, but I did not receive the documents back at work. Everything was in a binder to keep the 3 kilos of bank statements ordered. They discarded the binder and sent everything back in a waterproof plastic envelope that contained multiple paper envelopes to my home address.

I did my best to included all the information I could in this reply as this forum made the wait easier for me. Please don't ask me any more questions, as there is no more to say about my application and I don't have any special immigration law knowledge.
