Investable Fund is Gratuity Payable

Post by OmoNija » Sun Sep 03, 2017 12:13 pm

Greetings!

I want to apply for the Tier 1 Enterprenuer visa but the bulk of my investable fund (£180,000 of the required £200,00), would be the gratuity payable when I disengaged from my present employment.

I can get a letter from my company stating that the amount would be paid to me immediately I disengaged.

I actually want to go on early retirement at 55 and set up my business but wouldn't want to disengaged and wait for another six months for the Tier 1 visa.

Has anyone seen someone that successfully applied with payable gratuity as Investable Fund?

Kind regards,

ACA

I'll let others reply if they have had it.

But I consider it extremely unlikely, so don't hold your breath
