EEA(FM) change of job

Hi guys,
I have recently applied for eea FM didn't recived any case ID or biometrics yet. Unfortunately my wife changed her job last week. Can anyone please advice me how I can update HO about this? And do I need fill employer section in application again and send to HO or any other options available please.
Please gurus waiting for your valuable advice
