Timeline of Visa after receiving email from Sheffield?

To those that already received their student visas, how many days did it take after receiving an email for you to get the visa?

The email which states "Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer."

It has already been 16 working days since that email and I haven't received an update yet. Just wanted to compare everyone's timelines so I know an approximate date to expect my visa, thank you.
