Customary wedding in Nigeria

Hi everyone! I am a Nigerian living in London illegally. Have overstayed my 2years visa which expired early this year. I have a spanish wife and we live together. She was in Nigeria in June for a customary wedding with me in my absence. Now we have only six months bill together. Can i apply for my residence? pls advice me

If your Spanish wife is exercising treaty rights in the U.K. And the marriage is valid you are not illegal.
