Travel date on application has passed and still no visa

Hi there

I applied for my YMS visa on the 24 July.

The travel date on my application is 7 August, and on the visa4uk it says 3 September.

As both these dates have passed and I STILL have not received my visa, does this change anything?

Or will they just adjust my travel date once my visa has been approved?

Any insight would be appreciated :)
