Tier 1 entrepreneur ILR settlement

Post by nedxx » Mon Sep 04, 2017 11:21 pm

Hello everyone,

I don't see many persons here talking about 5 year settlement in tier 1 entrepreneur route. My main question is does anyone know if you get interviewed in this stage? Considering you have been interviewed for extension?

It's entirely up to HO. There's no rule as such.

Also, you don't see ILR discussions here as they are pushed to a different forum dedicated to ILR issues.

Dear marcnath

May I know the other forum?
indefinite-leave-to-remain/

But it is for all ILR issues, so tough to find specific T1 issues.

I think ILR for T1E would be best served within this forum as it is very different from others, but that decision is up to the moderators.

I too agree with Marcnath.

Makes sense.
I hope the moderators are considerate enough to consider this request. Would save us all a lot of time lost in searching ILR links on other forum.

ILR discussion on ALL categories will have to be continued on the ILR forums. This will make it much easier to moderate the topics.
Tier 1E forum should remain for getting Tier 1E initial/extension visas.
Also during the ILR stage, most Tier 1E applications should be very familiar with the requirements like job creation and investment as they need to be proven during extension stage. The ILR stage does not have the complexity of the extension either

Dear Zimba88,

Please find some way out to discuss specific Tier 1 Ent 5 yrs ILR discussions, It could be a specific topic in ILR forum.Timeline is not that important compared to documents preparations. It would be a great favour from you and CR001 to consider this :D

I fail to understand why you and others believe that as Tier 1 Ent visa holders applying for ILR, your case is special and deserves special consideration compared to all the other visa categories, some also very complex.

ALL queries relating to ILR must be posted in the ILR sub forum. You all have the ability to use the search and advance search function.
