Same day service for vaf4a application from India

My baby born in India on 14/6/2017,yesterday I took oath as a British citizen and in 1 or 2 weeks I am expecting my British passport.
My questioning is 1) which visa I can apply for my baby to come to UK.
2) which application form I need to submit.
3) I am limited company director as for financial requirements what are the documents I need to submit.

Then in that case, the child would most likely be issued with an ILE.

Appendix 2 (if not please suggest correct appendix)
To bring the baby from India to UK is there any fast process is available like same day service please help me to get my baby visa fast.

Appendix 1 is more appropriate if you are British and your wife holds ILR.

There is no 'same day' service. There is a standard service or priority service, both can take up to 60 or 90 days.

Where to submit the ILE visa application whether in INDIA or in UK.
One of my British citizen friend said she went to visa application centre to submit her Indian husband's ILE visa in India they took her husband's passport and fee and they told her to post remaining documents in UK.
I am confusing please help me in this.

Where to submit the ILE visa application whether in INDIA or in UK.

If the baby is in India, you can only apply for it in India.

One of my British citizen friend said she went to visa application centre to submit her Indian husband's ILE visa in India they took her husband's passport and fee and they told her to post remaining documents in UK.

Your 'friend's' husband is not applying for ILE but a spouse visa! You need to follow the instruction on the online application process. It will tell you what to do.

Hi all

 

 I am a British citizen and my wife ILR. We have applied dependent child settlement visa for my son from India on 22/9/2017.sent all supporting documents to Sheffield on 3/10/2017. Today is the 45th working day still waiting for my 6 months old son's visa. Can any one help me how many days it will take to get visa.


Some are saying it will take more than 60 working days.

No one can tell you how long it will take but there are long delays for settlement visa at present.
