Correct Postal Address for sending HSMP application - Urgent

Post by rsharma6 » Sun Mar 09, 2008 8:03 pm

Hi,

This sounds kind of silly but I would like to confirm which address I should send my HSMP applicatons to. I'm sending the HSMP applicatons in a day or 2.

Is it

Border and Immigration Agency HSMP
PO BOX 3975
Sheffield
S1 9BL

OR

Border and Immigration Agency
7th floor Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

I'm confused with the second one because in the Annex B, its written as follows.

Applications sent by Courier
44. If you wish to send your application by Courier, the delivery address is:
Border and Immigration Agency
7th floor Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

Someone please confirm me asap.

regards
Rsharma

If you sending your application by DHL, UPS, TNT or other courier companies use this address (there is a person to sign delivery form):

Border and Immigration Agency
7th floor Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

If you are sending by post, including Royal Mail use the other address (this is a post box, emptied from time to time, so there is nobody to sign proof of delivery).

Thanks!

But even the HSMP form says the 1st address. So its kinda confusing. So you confirming that the second one is the address if I'm sending it by DHL or other courier.

Thanks

Yes, it is not mentioned on the application form, but on Guide HSMP1

i sent my application yesterday for FLR by UPS, to the first address and was signed by someone . So i guess it should be no problem.

However when i first sent my application for initial approval i sent it to the second address, so they took longer to give me ref num.
