Ent tier 1 200k ILR Question

This question is about mine 50£ route.(got ext in June )
For ILR , I have to show 2 full employees for next 24 months ??
2nd thing currently employees are not working full time .. so I need to focus on hours for each employee (130hrs) or having 2 employee in a payroll is fine for next 24 months ?
1)It has to be two employees (who are paid regular PAYE from your business) for 12 months each.
