Idid apply to first tier tribunal the court was on 26/06/17 and court allowed my appeal on 1st August 2017 home office didn't chellange appeal within 14 days.. it around 8 weeks gone home office didn't contact with me do any one know please what will next happen ???

I'm still waiting do anyone know what will happen next. Ho didn't contact me.

Which Immigration decison did you appeal?

Try contacting your mp - he or she should be able to help.

Contacting MP will boost up the process, i been through the same when my appeal was allowed, home office issued me visa after a month but they were not returning my document, after contacting them several times i contacted my MP, and exactly after 2 weeks i got my documents from home office along with a reply to MP.

Can you please share why were you refused and on which basis your appeal was allowed this year, I am going through similar process again, i have my hearing next month

The tribunal took around five weeks

I did contact mp so they call home office and home Office told them that we will reconsider your case and we can’t tell you exactly time frame on your case

11/11/17 submitted £ 500 IHS FEES
STILL waiting for ho response
Online case status updates says AWAITING FOR DECISION
DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW LONG does it take more ???

How.long it's take to get BRP when asylum is allowed ????
