Tier-2 dependent's job terminated due to incorrect employer checking service

Hi all,
My wife's job got terminated because of incorrect employer checking service.We have appealed on the decision , but we are not sure about the chance to win.
My wife's job got terminated while our application for (extension) Tier-2 General was pending.Actually she had section 3c at that time of termination.After 1 week of her termination, we got our visa approved.We have submitted all documents( new BRP card and passport) to the HR deparment( at her workplace)We have also contacted Home Office through phone and explained our situation and they said actually she had section 3c and they think the employer checking service made an error.But they said her employer should re-instate her now, as she has the valid visa snd right to work in UK.They (Home office help line)have also told us to make a complaint in writing to Home office through e-mail.We have e-mailed home office our situation and got an automatic reply saying it may take 20 working days.But her final appeal hearing is next week.
Can somebody suggest, what to do at this moment?
