two full time job creation post april route question

Hi all,
i am post april tier 1 enterprenuer ext route . I have inquiry about employee during my enterprenuer extension i have created 12 months full time job and received next two years extension and i have one employee still continue but another employee leaves the job.
my question is if i hire two part time person can i fullfill the requirement for one full time person within the same job title and pay rate for apply my ILR application.

Yes, you can combine two part-time jobs but both (or more) of them should exist for 12 months each.
Note - this is always about jobs, not employees.

Which period of 12 month I should send pay slip..from April 2016-April 2017
Should I send last 12 month pay slips ( Oct 16 -Oct 17)
Or should I send all since they started up till now.

Does not matter which ones you pick. If you are sending Oct 16-Oct 17, remember to add the FPS that is showing the starting date (if those don't have that information)

During my tier 1 enterprenuer ext both of my employee worked more then 12 months full time and my solicitor send all pay slips starting to current period .
FPS submission must shows employee job start date and end date .
