Documents Query for Set (LR) Application

Dear Respected Guru/ Zimba88,CR001
Currently I am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. Within 3 months i will fulfill my 10 years long residence in the UK. My application is very straight forward. I like to go for same day service. I am going to attached with my application given below documents.

List of Documents:
1. 2 passports
2. Application form
3. Online payment confirmation and checklist
4. Degree certificate
5. Life in the UK test Certificate
6. 2 photographs &
7. BRP card
8. Cover Letter

Few Extra supporting documents to cover my current immigration status:
9. Accountant letter
10. Latest company accounts
11. Company house current appointment report.
12. Business Insurance. etc

With SET-LR application, shall i attached the extra supporting documents or not? or i should carry all the business documents with me, if they asked then i will give? If i attached them with my application, do you think they will asked for more documents? what should i do I'm really confused!
