I am on the same situation....
submitted my application last year September, been pending like forever.
This year in June, I have submitted change of employment with another company.
Now has been 12 weeks, my application is still waiting for decision. :cry: :cry: :cry:

Just received the complex issue letter yesterday ....
I have wrote a long letter with explication of my visa time line since i studied in UK to HO... hope it can help to process it faster and understand my situation...
