Incidentally, I emailed UKVI yesterday (on 18th Sept) to check on my application status, and one of the members replied this morning that my application has been approved and that the invitation letter will be sent soon. Thankfully I don't have to wait for 10 days to know the decision, tho I'm sure in most cases 'Decided' status means approved.
Msg for other friends who're waiting for their decisions: No point in calling at UKVI. Rather, email them at 'NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk' and 'Citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk' - Provide them with your case ID (received in email before biometric enrolment), full name, and DOB. They usually reply in 2-3 days.
I'm ending my journey on this topic. Hope you'll get decisions much sooner than usual waiting times.
